PARTIZANSKAYA, 2018
€350,00
Metro station Partizanskaya in Moscow, Russia opened in 1944, and is dedicated to the Soviet partisans of World War II. The station has an unusual layout with three tracks and two island platforms, originally designed to accommodate the large crowds expected for a planned Stalin Stadium that was never built. Near the entrance, at the top of the stairs, stands a sculptural group honoring the partisans of the Great Patriotic War, reinforcing the station’s historic and commemorative character.
